Linda Bedore was born on December 4th, 1930, and named after her grandfather, Joseph. From very early on, Linda knew that she was different from the girls around her, but was fearful that if she told anyone, she would be outcast. At 19, Linda joined the Navy and was married soon after. Her first marriage produced 6 children but was spent hiding her true self from her family. Her second marriage, and subsequent divorce, gave Linda more chance to find herself. At age 73, Linda made the choice to transition. Now she travels extensively, enjoys country dancing, and always brings along her harmonica. Linda's packed a lot of life into the past 5 years, and she's ready for more!

Samantha cay Buchanan is a bass virtuoso. Samantha's music is a trip down the rabbit hole, whether it be the compelling lyrics of her song, "fake" or the insane talent as a bassist she brings to the table in the song "third stone from the sun" by Hendrix. Samantha was born in southeastern Missouri as Samuel clay Buchanan. She pulled her weight for years keeping a secret of the fact that she knew she was at heart a women. At the age of 21, after moving to Denver, CO., she came out to the world and, although at 24 years old she will tell you life is still a struggle to survive and to make headway in her transition, she seems almost equally determined to help those around her and abroad. Samantha is a true humanitarian in every sense of the word. To see more from Samantha, please take a moment to view her myspace at www.myspace.com/80910389 where you can find blogs, pics and songs under the video section.

Adhamh Roland

Adhamh Roland is St. Louis' homegrown taste of radical shenanigans in a queerly folk fashion. Adhamh is a guitar strummin, accordion squeezing, whistling warbler who has been making noises in the form of song and incoherant ramblings for the past 11 years. A founding member of the Riot Folk collective (www.riotfolk.org) and Bench Press Burlesque (www.benchpressburlesque.org), Adhamh has been playing cities, towns and inbetweens for the past five years including touring over 3,500 miles by bicycle. While a staunchly midwestern-or-otherwise-rambling queer identified boy, Adhamh is currently studying and working on community health projects in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Dalice Marie Spitzer. She's played shows in smoky bars with crowds that much prefer their Pabst Blue Ribbon to her spoken word pieces, and she has even had bottles thrown at her, but she just throws 'em right back. A proud trans-girl and lesbian, she takes a no-holds-barred approach to her music as well as her life. With songs ranging from relationships gone bad to bashing the government, she will give you a piece of her mind on a plate. With the heart of a folk singer and the spirit of a punk, she is the new voice for the younger trans-generation.

Over cups of tea, stacks of cardboard, and piles of scrap metal, Adelaide Windsome fervently builds tiny heads and arms and creates paintings of various creatures and imaginary, yet nostalgic landscapes. Most of this never leaves her floor, but what crawls from the wreckage becomes epic, tragic and delightful stories told through puppets and her ukulele. Adelaide is currently based in Philadelphia where she is an art teacher and street performer and studies street art, activism and public identity. You can view her work here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/29638148@N04/ and her blog/daily-self-portrait-project here: http://stitchingtentacles.wordpress.com see updated bio

Dylan Scholinski was born Daphne Scholinski. As a young girl growing up in the Chicago suburbs, she played first base in Little League and preferred drawing to playing with dolls. When she was 15 years old she was locked up in a mental hospital, diagnosed as "an inappropriate female", and spent the rest of her high school years undergoing extreme femininity training. At 18, her insurance ran out and she was discharged.

Now 41 years old, Dylan resides in Denver, CO, and is a distinguished artist, author, and public speaker. Dylan has appeared on 20/20, Dateline and Today to discuss his experiences and has been featured in a variety of newspapers and magazines. Recently his award-winning book (The Last Time I Wore a Dress: A Memoir - Penguin/Putnam) was listed in the Top 10 Must Reads in Out Magazine’s first Transgender Issue. His work not only portrays the anguish of his hospital years but also his ultimate triumph. Dylan is the founder/witness for the Sent(a)Mental Project : A Memorial to Suicide. He spends much of his time working in his studio, public speaking, creating zines (Freedom of Depression, Please Forgive Me For Judging You, Sent(a) Mental), and frequently opens his studio to a variety of at-risk youth to provide safe space to explore ways of expressing and empowering themselves without bringing harm to themselves or others.Dylan's visual art also travels with the Tranny Roadshow.
